Proflowers.com May End Relationship with ‘Saver’ Company

ATLANTA – After receiving a number of complaints, Proflowers.com is looking into whether to end a relationship with Easy Saver Rewards.

A number of customers have complained that they are automatically enrolled and charged a monthly fee to join Easy Saver Rewards after placing an order with Proflowers.com.

“I’m actually, you know, kind of frustrated with how many calls we’re getting in regards to that,” a “customer service” representative said this morning. “I really do sympathize, and I do understand where you guys are coming from.”

The representative said the company is “tallying up” the complaints. Another representative could not say how many complaints the company had received.
